About Us

Billings, Montana, United States
The Professor and I were civilly married 24 May 1998 and sealed for time and all eternity 11 Sept 1999 in the Mt. Timpanogas Temple, American Fork, UT. We have, between us 6 biological children and 3 we claim as ours through the heart strings! We call Billings, Montana home and love it here. We camp, hunt, fish, ride horses and LOVE bull riding and rodeos. Our church is a huge part of our lives and our callings keep us very busy. We love our Saviour, Jesus Christ and strive to show that love to our fellow man every day. We got our nicknames because I am the "spark" that keeps things lively around here, and he was smart enough to marry me! That's the short story on it anyway!

THANKSGIVING

Today is Thanksgiving. We have SO much to be thankful for. We have a Father in Heaven who loves us and wants us to be happy. We have a Savior who died for us, for all our sufferings, pains, sins, hurt and misdeeds. We have the love that Dan and I rejoice in every day. He continues to be my life, and I cherish every moment we have together, we have awesome family, and love our children and grandchildren so much. We have fantastic friends are are grateful for all of you as well.

We had a wonderful day today with Dan's Aunt Rosann, his cousin Jeff and Jeff's wife, Sue and their kids, Walker, Devon and Carson. Rosann is a great cook and everything was delicious. I made two of my buttermilk pies and we transported them in a cooler with ice around them. One we ate today with Dan's family, and we are taking the other one to Missouri with us tomorrow as we head on to Nathan's baptism.

Nate is getting baptized on Saturday at 10am. I will most likely miss my Michigan/Ohio State game, which is something that hasn't happened in years, but, Nate's baptism is much more important.I am posting some picture of today....from family, to things on the farm to an amazing sunset, enjoy them, and I'll post more from Nate's baptism later on.
